Commi (Arabic cuisine)

We are looking for a passionate Commis with an Arabic culinary background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the kitchen team in breakfast food preparation, cooking, and delivering high-quality dishes to ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and cook a variety of Arabic dishes following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen,cooking, plating, and serving food.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with senior chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared timely and efficiently.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Support the development of new menu items and contribute creative ideas based on seasonal ingredients.
- Assist with the training of new kitchen staff as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and hygiene standards.

**Job Specifications:**

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a restaurant , with a focus on Arabic cuisine.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD220.000 - BD300.000 per month
