Commi Chef

The Commis Chef will assist in food preparation, support senior chefs, and ensure that high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and kitchen procedures.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support the smooth operation of the kitchen during busy service periods.
• Assist in receiving and checking deliveries.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Contribute to teamwork and a positive kitchen environment.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
