Camp Boss

Camp Boss Duties and Responsibilities :-

1. Camp Administration & Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the camp (accommodation, catering, housekeeping, and maintenance).
  • Supervise camp staff including cooks, cleaners, security, and maintenance teams.
  • Maintain proper discipline, order, and hygiene standards in the camp.
  • Ensure that company policies and safety regulations are strictly followed.
  • Handle staff attendance, shift scheduling, and duty allocations.

2. Accommodation & Facility Management

  • Allocate rooms and maintain updated occupancy records.
  • Monitor the condition of facilities (rooms, toilets, kitchens, dining halls, recreation areas).
  • Ensure maintenance requests are handled promptly (plumbing, electricity, air conditioning, etc.).
  • Arrange pest control and ensure waste disposal is carried out effectively.

3. Catering & Food Services

  • Supervise kitchen operations to ensure timely, hygienic, and nutritious meals.
  • Plan menus according to cultural preferences and nutritional requirements.
  • Monitor food storage, stock levels, and consumption to avoid wastage.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

4. Health, Safety & Hygiene

  • Enforce safety rules and emergency procedures within the camp.
  • Conduct regular inspections of kitchen, accommodation, and sanitation areas.
  • Ensure proper waste management and cleanliness across camp facilities.
  • Coordinate with medical staff for first aid, health checks, and emergencies.

5. Inventory & Supplies Management

  • Monitor and control inventory of food, cleaning materials, and camp supplies.
  • Request and manage stock requisitions to avoid shortages.
  • Keep proper records of received and issued items.
  • Prevent misuse or pilferage of supplies.

6. Staff Welfare & Communication

  • Address workers’ grievances and maintain healthy living conditions.
  • Arrange recreational activities to improve morale.
  • Act as the main contact between management and workers for camp-related issues.
  • Ensure new arrivals are properly oriented on camp rules and facilities.

7. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports on camp activities, staff attendance, and issues.
  • Report maintenance requirements and follow up until resolved.
  • Provide updates to project/site management on camp status and improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
