ASSISTANT CAMP BOSS
Facilities Management:
- Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of camp facilities, including accommodation, dining areas, and recreational spaces.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
- Handle environmental concerns and trash disposal.
Accommodation and Logistics:
- Allocate living spaces to residents or workers.
- Ensure that accommodations are equipped with necessary amenities and adhere to safety standards.
- Organize the logistics of personnel's arrival and departure.
- Taking charge of the company vehicles.
Health and Safety:
- Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
- Provide first aid support and coordinate with medical services when necessary.
Security:
- Implement security measures to safeguard the camp and its occupants.
- Collaborate with security personnel to monitor and control access.
- Respond to and manage emergency situations.
Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact between camp residents, management, and external stakeholders.
- Communicate relevant information and updates to the camp's occupants.
- Respond to and settle resident complaints or issues.
Administrative Tasks:
- Keep track of all camp operations documentation, such as supply, maintenance, and occupancy.
- Prepare reports for management regarding camp activities and expenses.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control.
Team Management:
- Supervise and lead a team of support staff, including cleaners, cooks, and maintenance workers.
- Provide training and guidance to ensure efficient and effective performance.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Keep abreast of changes in relevant regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
Customer Service:
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere within the camp.
- Address the needs and concerns of camp occupants in a timely and effective manner.
Qualification:
- Prior experience in UAE is must.
- 3-4 yrs of experience
- UAE Driving license is mandatory.
