Safety Supervisor

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with UAE laws and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure all workers, subcontractors, and visitors are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.
• Lead safety induction and training sessions for new and existing staff.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for prevention.
• Maintain accurate safety records, inspection checklists, and incident logs.
• Coordinate with site management to ensure safe work practices, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Assist in preparing risk assessments, method statements, and emergency response plans.
• Liaise with government authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation) for inspections and safety compliance.
• Promote a strong safety culture through toolbox talks, awareness campaigns, and regular meetings.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• as Safety Officer : 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Nebosh (Preferred)
