Job Title: Civil Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating civil construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and project specifications. The role involves supervising site teams, managing subcontractors, and reporting progress to project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily civil works at site, ensuring adherence to project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Plan, allocate, and oversee work assignments for site staff and subcontractors.
• Inspect ongoing construction activities to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders regarding project progress and site issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at all times.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities including daily reports, material usage, manpower, and equipment.
• Identify potential delays, risks, and issues, and report them promptly with corrective action plans.
• Ensure availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and materials on site.
• Liaise with procurement and logistics teams for timely delivery of required materials.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and on-site training sessions for workers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in civil supervision (depending on project scale).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, structural plans, and specifications.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with HSE standards and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction-related software (added advantage).

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
