Commi Chef

  • Assist senior chefs in preparing and cooking menu items (shawarma, rotisserie chicken, grills, sides, appetizers).
  • Maintain mise en place by preparing vegetables, marinades, sauces, and breading as required.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely (grillers, fryers, ovens, shawarma machines).
  • Follow standard recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency.
  • Ensure all food is handled, stored, and prepared in line with Dubai Municipality food safety regulations.
  • Keep the workstation, utensils, and storage areas clean and sanitized.
  • Support in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.
  • Report shortages, equipment issues, or quality concerns to the CDP or Supervisor.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
  • Uphold Qasr Al Farouj brand standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
