Salary: QAR 1,600 + Free Food, Accommodation & Transportation

Job Overview:

We are hiring a talented Commis 2 Chef with expertise in Indian, Mediterranean, and English cuisines to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, disciplined in kitchen operations, and able to work under the guidance of senior chefs to deliver high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Indian, Mediterranean, and English dishes
• Follow standard recipes and maintain portion control to ensure consistency
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and mise-en-place
• Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness at all times
• Monitor stock levels and assist in food storage and handling
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Commis Chef in multi-cuisine kitchens (Indian, Mediterranean, and English)
• Locally available in Qatar with transferable visa/NOC
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
• Immediate availability to join

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR1,600.00 per month
