Commi Chef

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join at a 4 Star Hotel's dynamic kitchen team in Dubai, UAE. You will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare ingredients and support cooking for all sections of the kitchen.
• Ensure food is prepared to the hotel’s standards and guest expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Contribute ideas for new dishes and menu improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred.
• Culinary qualification or relevant training an advantage.
• Passion for food and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Available locally

Package Offered:
Basic Salary: AED 1200 + Service charge
