Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptual Design Development.
- Collaborate with clients and operators to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives.
- Develop innovative and practical kitchen layouts that maximize space utilization, efficiency, and workflow.
- Create initial sketches, mood boards, and concept presentations.
Technical Design and Documentation:
- Prepare detailed design drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations (e.g., HACCP), and operational standards.
- Specify equipment, finishes, and materials tailored to the project’s requirements.
Client and Stakeholder Coordination:
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients for review and approval.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and kitchen equipment suppliers to ensure seamless integration.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and project constraints.
Project Management Support:
- Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from concept development to installation and commissioning.
- Conduct site visits to verify measurements, oversee progress, and address any design-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including equipment specifications and schedules.
Industry Expertise:
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in kitchen design and equipment.
- Offer expert advice on kitchen equipment selection, sustainability, and energy efficiency.
