Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pakistani Cook to prepare and present a variety of authentic dishes for our buffet and à la carte offerings. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of regional flavors, cooking techniques, and the ability to maintain consistency and quality in a high-volume kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide range of Pakistani dishes including biryani, nihari, haleem, karahi, kebabs, daals, and assorted curries
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation across buffet and special orders
• Follow standardized recipes and maintain food quality during peak service hours
• Monitor inventory, ingredient freshness, and kitchen hygiene
• Collaborate with chefs and service staff to ensure timely food delivery
• Assist in developing seasonal and festive menu items
• Comply with Dubai Municipality food safety and hygiene regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas

Requirements

• Male candidate with proven experience in Pakistani cuisine (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of traditional recipes, spices, and cooking techniques
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and food safety protocols
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced buffet environment
• Fluent in Urdu and Hindi; basic English preferred for team coordination
• Legal eligibility to work in the UAE (valid visa or sponsor-ready)
• Physically fit and able to handle long shifts and high heat environments
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and festive seasons
