Camp Boss

Job description:

We are a French company based in Dubai looking to immediately hire a Camp Boss.

We are looking for an experienced Camp Boss to manage and oversee the daily operations of our workers’ accommodation. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi and capable of handling a camp with more than 100 people

Responsibilities:

• Experienced in CCTV operations with expertise in supervising and managing camp operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with company and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of occupancy, meals, maintenance, and staff movements.
• Coordinate with HR and Admin for staff welfare and logistics.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Camp Boss or similar role.
• Fluency in Hindi (mandatory); English and other languages are an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a camp with 100+ personnel.
