• Oversee the daily operations of the camp and ensure smooth functioning.
• Allocate and manage accommodations for employees.
• Ensure that camp facilities are clean, well-maintained, and fully operational.
• Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise camp staff, including cleaners, cooks.
• Assign and manage deployment of manpower as per requirements
• Welfare and Safety: Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all camp residents.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Handle emergencies, such as medical incidents, security breaches, or maintenance issues.
• Maintenance and Supplies: Coordinate the maintenance and repair of camp facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate with procurement dept. for arrangements of maintenance supplies.
• Ensure proper storage and usage of all resources, including food, water, and cleaning materials.
• Enforce camp rules and regulations. Resolve conflicts or grievances among camp residents.
• Report disciplinary issues to the management if necessary.
• Record regular attendance, Medical, Emirates ID arrangements, Leave applications, Renewals and Cancellation.
• Act as a liaison between camp residents and management. Communicate company policies, updates, and procedures to employees.

Qualification

Diploma or any Equivalent

Minimum 1 years of experience in camp management

Good knowledge in MS office (Excel)

Language: Hindi/Tamil/English

Work Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

• Camp Boss: 1 year (Required)

• English, Hindi, Tamil & Malayalam (Required)
