Summary:
Camp Bosses oversee the daily operations of accommodation facilities, ensuring smooth running of all services provided to residents or workers in the camp.
Job Responsibility:
1. Coordinate and supervise all activities within the camp, including housekeeping, catering, maintenance, and security.
2. Manage and maintain the camp facilities, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
3. Handle and resolve any complaints or issues raised by camp residents or workers.
4. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
5. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
6. Prepare regular reports on camp activities and expenses.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills.
6. Physical fitness and ability to work in a remote environment.
7. Computer skills (MS Officer)
8. Diploma or certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
