Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Commis Chef to join our culinary team. As a Commis Chef, you will play a vital role in food preparation and supporting senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs in preparing and cooking menu items.
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing food supplies.
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Contribute to menu development with creative ideas when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary background (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
