Commi Chef (Cold Kitchen)

The Commis 1 – Cold Kitchen assists in preparing salads, sandwiches, canapés, and other cold dishes while maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cold dishes as per menu and recipe standards.
• Maintain portion control, freshness, and visual presentation.
• Ensure food items are properly labeled and stored.
• Follow all food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen section.
• Assist senior chefs in food preparation and plating.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cold kitchen operations.
• Strong knowledge of cold food preparation and plating.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Locally available in Qatar with NOC and immediate joining availability.
