Commi III - Milk production

We are looking for a Commis III – Milk Production to join our kitchen/production team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, processing, and handling of milk-based products while maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily milk production activities (heating, mixing, processing, and storage)
• Support senior kitchen/production staff in preparing milk-based products
• Ensure proper handling and storage of dairy products as per hygiene standards
• Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in milk production, dairy, bakery, or beverage preparation is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Physically fit to handle production tasks
