Commi III - Pastry

As a Commi III - Pastry, you will support the pastry section, specializing in creating a wide range of delightful desserts and baked goods. Your role involves pastry craftsmanship and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation in the pastry section.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • support the pastry chefs.

  • Develop and execute creative and delectable dessert menus for all dining outlets.

  • Ensure the highest standards of pastry quality, presentation, and taste.

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary teams to incorporate pastries into the overall menu.

  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards within the pastry section.

  • Support pastry operations during service hours, ensuring impeccable execution.

  • Create and adapt pastry recipes to cater to dietary preferences and cultural variations.

  • Stay updated on pastry trends, techniques, and emerging ingredients.

  • Participate in special pastry events, promotions, and guest interactions related to pastries.

  • Collaborate with other culinary departments to ensure a cohesive dining experience.

  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.

  • Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
