Commi (Pastry Section )

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items in a specific section for cake assembling / production section.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to recipes, quality standards, and hygiene regulations
  • Work efficiently under the guidance of senior chefs to learn and improve skills
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, kitchen equipment, and utensils
  • Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures at all times
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and minimizing food waste
  • Participate in training and development opportunities as directed by the kitchen management

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with good communication and time management skills
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD200.000 - BD250.000 per month
