Requirements:

· Male candidates only

· Minimum 3 years of experience as Commis 1

· Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation

· Ability to follow instructions and work under the guidance of senior chefs

· Strong work ethic, discipline, and positive attitude

· Good understanding of hygiene practices and food safety standards

Responsibilities:

· Assist in the preparation and production of food items as per instructions

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations

· Follow recipes, portioning, and quality standards consistently

· Support senior chefs in daily kitchen tasks and production activities

· Handle basic cutting, cooking, and preparation techniques

Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
