Commis 1 Chef

We are looking for a talented Commis 1 Chef for our cold, Section. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience, preferably in a healthy concept restaurant in Dubai. You should be a friendly and collaborative team player with a solid understanding of food hygiene and cooking methods for both hot and cold sections. We are looking for candidates who can join us immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the dishes in the Cold Section while adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards.
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 4 years of relevant culinary experience in Dubai.
• Experience in a healthy concept restaurant in Dubai is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
