Commis 1 - Italian Fine Dining

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas to high standards of quality, flavor, and presentation.

• Assist in the preparation of fresh pasta, sauces, and Italian dishes under Chef's guidance.

• Maintain consistency, portion control, and adherence to recipes.

• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed.

• Support senior chefs during service and contribute to smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Commis or Pizza Chef in an Italian fine dining restaurant.

• Strong skills in dough preparation, pizza baking, and handling traditional ovens.

• Knowledge of authentic Italian ingredients and cooking methods.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and within a team.

• Passion for Italian cuisine and eagerness to learn.
