As Commis 1 - Pastry, we rely on you to:
Take responsibility for the Desserts and Pastry section production
Supervise the daily operation of the Pastry section
Ensure the food quality is always of high standards
Assist in planning and designing the daily menu
Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team

We are looking for someone who :
Has any culinary degree/diploma
Has minimum one year (1) experience as Chef de Partie - Pastry either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background
Has a creative and an eye for details
Is up to date with new culinary trends available in the market
Has excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Is committed to serving food of the highest quality
Communicates and writes with fluency in English
Is a self-starter and team player
Is willing to work shifts
