Job Description

• Food preparation, cooking, plating and presentation
• Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
• Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies

• Sıcak veya soğuk yemeklerin bağlı bulunduğu mutfakta hazırlanmasında rol oynamak
• Yaptığı işin kalitesi ile otel kalitesine ve otel tarafından belirlenmiş standartlara uygunluk sağladığından emin olmak
• Hijyen ve Sağlıklı Temizlik Kurallarının en üst düzeyde yerine getirilebilmesi için kuralların bağlılıkla yerine getirilmesi ve en yüksek standarda ulaşılması
• Stokların eksiksiz olduğuna emin olmak

• Creative and passionate about food and guest service
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
