Job Description:
We are looking for a Commis II to support senior kitchen staff in food preparation and service according to approved recipes and standards. The role includes maintaining mise-en-place, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, handling special orders, maintaining cleanliness, and following hygiene and HACCP standards. The position also requires coordination with kitchen and restaurant teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Education: Matric
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of culinary experience, with at least 1 year in a similar role
• Preferred: Culinary certification or relevant training
• Skills: Team player, customer-focused, good communication, multitasking, understanding of hygiene and HACCP
• Language: Basic English understanding and fluent Urdu
