The Commis 2 Robata assists in the preparation of dishes in the Robata section, ensuring all items are ready for senior chefs while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency: br>
- Assist Robata Chefs in preparing and portioning food items according to recipes and standards.
- Coordinate with Chefs to ensure correct quantities for bulk food preparation.
- Clean, peel, and cut all food items following company standards.
- Ensure freshness and quality of all food items.
- Follow recipes and cooking procedures precisely.
- Store food accurately using labels and day-dots.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the working area and equipment.
- Handle all kitchen tools and equipment properly and keep them clean.
- Report any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the Senior Chef.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Robata Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
