If you already know some kitchen basics, our team of award-winning Chefs will continue your training and assist you on your chosen career path. It is essential that you have some professional kitchen experience and are dedicated to becoming a world class Chef.

Commis Chef 3 must demonstrate a clear passion for food and a willingness to learn in a supportive but disciplined environment. Hard work and dedication will be rewarded with promotion to Commis Chef Grade 2 and then Commis Chef Grade 1. Opportunities from here are limitless with further promotions available in any of our kitchen teams.
