Job Summary

Bordomavi is looking for a passionate and dedicated Commi – Bakery & Pastry to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing high-quality baked goods and desserts while maintaining hygiene, consistency, and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the preparation and baking of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.

* Follow recipes and instructions from the Pastry Chef accurately.

* Measure and mix ingredients according to standard recipes.

* Support in decorating pastries and desserts as per presentation standards.

* Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and finished products.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry section at all times.

* Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortages.

* Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines.

* Assist in receiving and checking bakery supplies.

Requirements

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in bakery & pastry section.

* Basic knowledge of baking techniques and dessert preparation.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Team player with a positive attitude.

* Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred.

* Knowledge of food safety standards.
