Commis Chef

Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled Commis Chef with experience in authentic Indian and Pakistani cuisine and basic knowledge of international and healthy food preparation. The candidate will assist in daily kitchen operations while ensuring quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Indian and Pakistani dishes (curries, biryanis, tandoori, kebabs, breads).
• Assist with international and healthy menu items.
• Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support inventory and stock control.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years’ experience in Indian/Pakistani cuisine.
• Basic knowledge of international and healthy cooking.
• Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Culinary certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
