Based in Port Rashid, Dubai, this role offers a rare opportunity to be part of a historic hospitality experience. Key Responsibilities
* Complete daily mise-en-place and ensure proper food storage and labeling
* Prepare and cook dishes according to standardized recipes and instructions from supervisors
* Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation across all meals
* Maintain strict portion control and minimize waste while utilizing raw materials effectively
* Collaborate on food trials for upcoming menu changes
* Work in compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
* Maintain proper kitchen organization and cleanliness throughout the shift
* Support the team during peak service hours and assist in other sections as needed
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef, preferably in a hotel setting
* Strong understanding of basic cooking methods and kitchen operations
* Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
* Committed to delivering high-quality food consistently
* Organized, detail-oriented, and a good team player
* Open to working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
