Job Title: Commis Chef (Hot & Cold)
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: QAR 2,000 – 2,300

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute hot and cold dishes (salads, grilling, hot mains) according to standardized recipes.
- Manage mise en place: measuring ingredients, mixing, and preparing sauces or fillings.
- Coordinate with senior chefs to maintain production schedules and service deadlines.
- Participate in menu planning and brainstorming sessions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Professional kitchen background in hot and cold food preparation (Fine Dining or Casual).
- Education: Culinary degree or certification preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen safety.
- Language: Fluent English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
- Physical: Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and work in high-heat environments.
- Availability: Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
