Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in all pastry products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Support the Pastry Chef in inventory management, including ordering and storing ingredients.
- Participate in the development of new pastry recipes and ideas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of orders during service hours.
Qualifications:
- Culinary diploma or relevant qualification in pastry arts is preferred.
- Previous experience in a pastry kitchen, preferably in a similar role, is a plus.
- Strong passion for pastry and dessert-making with a desire to learn and develop skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
