Commission-Based Sales / Business Development Representative – Medical Billing Services

We are a growing medical billing company providing Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services to healthcare providers across the United States. We are looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development professional who can identify and close new clients such as medical clinics and healthcare practices.

This is a performance-based opportunity with strong earning potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to healthcare providers and medical practices in the USA
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, phone, and other outreach methods
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with clinic owners or practice managers
  • Present our medical billing services and close new client contracts
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare decision-makers

Target Clients:

  • Internal Medicine clinics
  • Cardiology practices
  • Pain Management clinics
  • OB/GYN practices
  • Practices with $100,000+ monthly collections

Compensation:

  • Commission / Percentage-based only (No upfront salary)
  • Earn 20% – 30% of the first 3 months’ revenue from each client you close

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales, healthcare sales, or medical billing sales preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
  • Familiarity with the US healthcare industry is a plus
