Commission-Only Sales Associate

This is a 100% COMMISSION-ONLY role. There is NO FIXED MONTHLY SALARY, no basic pay, and no monthly allowance. Your earnings are based solely on project closures. Only apply if you have an active network in the UAE and are ready to work on a performance-based partnership.Role Overview:
Join Interioxpert as a result-oriented partner. Use your professional connections in the Corporate, Construction, and Commercial sectors to generate leads for high-end interior design and fit-out projects.Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and refer clients (Residential & Commercial) requiring interior or fit-out services.
• Leverage your network of business owners and contractors to generate leads.
• Arrange meetings between clients and our technical team.
• Liaise between the client and Interioxpert until the project is secured.

Requirements:

• Proven Sales experience in UAE Interior Design, Fit-out, or Construction.
