Commissioning Lead – Telecom & Cybersecurity

We are seeking a Commissioning Lead to manage telecom and industrial control system cybersecurity commissioning activities for a large-scale offshore project. The role involves overseeing execution plans, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with international cybersecurity standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead commissioning of telecom packages and ICSS cybersecurity systems.
• Monitor vendor activities including SAT, punch list clearance, and OTP.
• Ensure compliance with IEC 62443 and internal cybersecurity frameworks.
• Oversee network firewalls, L2/L3/L3.5 network implementation and troubleshooting.
• Review and approve commissioning deliverables and execution plans.
• Support offshore commissioning and start-up testing as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with telecom systems (RADIO, PAGA, CCTV, LAN/WAN).
• Familiarity with FO cable testing (OTDR, power meter).
• Strong knowledge of ICS networks, cybersecurity, and IEC 62443.
