Job Title: Commissioning Leader

Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Contract Type: SMP – Long Term
Experience Required: 10+ years (Saudi/GCC petrochemical experience preferred)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Leader to oversee and manage pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for petrochemical projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution in line with project specifications, contract requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities comply with project contracts, schedules, and technical specifications.
• Lead the safe and smooth execution of commissioning activities using OPERCOM® and ICAPS® systems.
• Review and approve commissioning organization structures, procedures, planning, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with the Proponent to develop commissioning strategies and actively participate in HSE programs.
• Manage system and sub-system definitions and ensure proper dossier preparation and readiness.
• Monitor contractor performance, track progress, and prepare regular progress reports.
• Organize, plan, and coordinate all commissioning execution activities across teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards throughout all project phases.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in commissioning within the petrochemical or oil & gas industry.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning tools such as OPERCOM® and ICAPS®.
• Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale commissioning teams.
• Excellent understanding of HSE regulations and practices.
• Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
