
Commissioning Manager – E&I
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
- 12–15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas projects
- Location: ADNOC Offshore Site, UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full E&I commissioning scope for offshore oil & gas facilities.
- Develop commissioning strategy, procedures, and schedules aligned with project milestones.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
- Interface with ADNOC Offshore representatives and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, international codes, and HSE regulations.
- Manage commissioning team including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Review and approve method statements, ITPs, check sheets, and test procedures.
- Oversee loop checking, functional testing, energization, and start-up activities.
- Identify and mitigate commissioning risks and technical issues.
- Ensure system handover documentation is complete and approved.
- Participate in SAT, performance testing, and final acceptance.
- Drive zero LTI and ensure strict adherence to offshore safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial commissioning role offshore.
- Strong knowledge of HV/LV systems, substations, DCS, ESD, F&G systems.
- ADNOC Offshore experience is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications
- PMP (preferred)
- NEBOSH / IOSH
- ADNOC-approved certifications (advantage)
