Commissioning Manager – E&I

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
• 12–15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas projects
• Location: ADNOC Offshore Site, UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full E&I commissioning scope for offshore oil & gas facilities.
• Develop commissioning strategy, procedures, and schedules aligned with project milestones.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
• Interface with ADNOC Offshore representatives and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, international codes, and HSE regulations.
• Manage commissioning team including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Review and approve method statements, ITPs, check sheets, and test procedures.
• Oversee loop checking, functional testing, energization, and start-up activities.
• Identify and mitigate commissioning risks and technical issues.
• Ensure system handover documentation is complete and approved.
• Participate in SAT, performance testing, and final acceptance.
• Drive zero LTI and ensure strict adherence to offshore safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a managerial commissioning role offshore.
• Strong knowledge of HV/LV systems, substations, DCS, ESD, F&G systems.
• ADNOC Offshore experience is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP (preferred)
• NEBOSH / IOSH
• ADNOC-approved certifications (advantage)
