At Eni , we are looking for a Commissioning Rotating Equipment Superintendent within Petrobel Belayim Petroleum Co. in El Gamil , Egypt . You will be responsible for achieving readiness for start-up of rotating equipment and packages following the completion of construction and mechanical completion. You will also ensure that commissioning activities for mechanical systems (rotating equipment and packages) are correctly specified, planned and executed.

Your employment contract will be managed by Eni International Resources Ltd (EIRL).

Main responsibilities :

  • Provide commissioning input into design and execution activities.
  • Support the development of safe and effective commissioning plans and procedures in collaboration with discipline engineering and operations personnel.
  • Coordinate and execute commissioning activities for rotating equipment and packages, ensuring timely and safe execution.
  • Coordinate mechanical vendor assistance on site.
  • Supervise contractor support during commissioning activities.
  • Assist operations and start-up teams during start-up.

Skills and experience required :

  • Degree or diploma in an engineering or technical discipline.
  • Extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, with significant experience in commissioning.
  • Fluent in English. Intermediate knowledge of Arabic preferred.
