Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end commission operations, including monthly payments, accruals, validation, and advisory support to the commercial team, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Review, assess, and improve commission policies and schemes, identify risk areas, and propose alternative solutions to management.

Develop, implement, and monitor financial controls to safeguard against errors, omissions, and fraud, ensuring compliance and timely balance sheet reconciliations.

Collaborate with internal and external auditors by providing documentation and explanations during audit processes.

Identify process improvement opportunities, support cross-functional efficiency projects, and implement technology solutions to automate routine commission tasks.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CA, CIMA) are an advantage.

5 years of experience in commission management or finance operations, preferably in telecom.

Telecom business, commission incentive / schemes and expertise in reporting under IFRS.

Strong knowledge of commission incentive schemes and sales compensation models.

Solid understanding of IFRS, particularly accruals and revenue-related accounting.

Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP or commission systems.
