The Commodity Manager is responsible to develop and manage the supply chain for NEO Tech’s components supply base at the corporate level. Work with plants and corporate team to achieve corporate objectives. Develop a commodity plan that includes supply base requirements, goals, objectives and cost targets. Develop global sources of supply to meet quality, delivery and cost requirements. Execute the commodity plan throughout the supply base, as well as inside NEO Tech. Selected candidate must be a subject matter expert in all aspects of electronic components. Knowledge of semiconductors, passives, interconnect and discrete commodities.

Leadership – Demonstrate a positive, results oriented style by planning, organizing, directing, and controlling assigned work.
Technical Knowledge – Candidate must have detailed knowledge of electronic parts manufacturing and materials usage and cost. This will include being current on industry technology, trends, key suppliers and individuals, and cost drivers.
Communication – Develop, articulate and implement an effective commodity management plan.
Planning and Analyzing Skills – Demonstrate a probing, analytical approach to problem solving.
Interpersonal Skills – Foster excellent relationships and credibility quickly at all levels of the organization and display an ability to create a partnership atmosphere with internal and external resources while achieving objectives.
Assurance of Supply – Responsible for overall continuity of supply and active risk mitigation. Work with plants to resolve quality, delivery, capacity and other issues as required.
Experience/Education
Due to ITAR and / or CUI compliance, this position requires candidates to be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C.1324b(a)(3).
