Position: Commodity Operation Analysis Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the full life cycle management of products, including:
  • Introduction of new products
  • Handling of slow-moving items
  • Optimizing product structure and price range
  • Meeting customers' one-stop purchasing and customized needs
  • Conduct market research and collect/analyze information on competing products
  • Formulate reasonable pricing strategies aligned with the company's gross profit margin targets
  • Regularly update product benchmarking and output a pricing list
  • Monitor procurement costs and optimize costs through:
  • Market research
  • Supplier bidding
  • Other cost-reduction methods
  • Enhance the price competitiveness of goods
  • Plan and execute mall activities, such as:
  • Special offers
  • Promotions for products close to expiration dates
  • Updating resource positions
  • Increasing the sales rate of products
  • Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth connection between commodity supply and sales
  • Enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business administration, or related fields
  • More than 2 years of product operation experience in the TOB fresh food industry, with familiarity with fresh food product characteristics
  • Strong market insight and data analysis capabilities; proficiency in using data analysis tools
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Strong stress resistance and ability to handle complex and ever-changing business demands
  • English communication skills
