Position: Commodity Operation Analysis Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full life cycle management of products, including:
- Introduction of new products
- Handling of slow-moving items
- Optimizing product structure and price range
- Meeting customers' one-stop purchasing and customized needs
- Conduct market research and collect/analyze information on competing products
- Formulate reasonable pricing strategies aligned with the company's gross profit margin targets
- Regularly update product benchmarking and output a pricing list
- Monitor procurement costs and optimize costs through:
- Market research
- Supplier bidding
- Other cost-reduction methods
- Enhance the price competitiveness of goods
- Plan and execute mall activities, such as:
- Special offers
- Promotions for products close to expiration dates
- Updating resource positions
- Increasing the sales rate of products
- Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth connection between commodity supply and sales
- Enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business administration, or related fields
- More than 2 years of product operation experience in the TOB fresh food industry, with familiarity with fresh food product characteristics
- Strong market insight and data analysis capabilities; proficiency in using data analysis tools
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Strong stress resistance and ability to handle complex and ever-changing business demands
- English communication skills
