In that team;

• Have end-to-end responsibility for requirement analysis, test and development of frameworks, libraries and common platform components to support development teams.
• Create template projects, guidelines and training content for usage of frameworks and common technical components.
• Develop support tools, create automations and continuously improve processes to increase developer productivity and experience.
• Monitor production environment for service interruptions on these frameworks, libraries, common components and utilities. Solve these problems and take preventive actions to increase resilience.
• Interact with various IT teams and share knowledge effectively with all stakeholders to create architectural decisions.
• Follow technological developments that will provide the company with a competitive advantage, create a strategy for utilization of these technologies.
• Lead PoC studies for new technologies, including definition of scope, architecture and use cases. Integrate these technologies into current architecture and be a change agent for them.
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall technology roadmap.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation and diagrams.
• Manage vendors for third party tools.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java and popular Java Frameworks (Spring Framework, Spring Boot).
• Experience using software development lifecycle tools (IntelliJ IDEA, Git, Jenkins, Maven).
• Experience with integration development (API, API Gateway, REST and gRPC).
• Experience with unit testing tools (jUnit, Mockito etc.).
• Experience with caching, relational and non-relational databases, key-value stores and search engines (RDBMS, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch etc.).
• Experience with containerization technologies and microservice development.
• Experience with messaging technologies like Message Queues & Event Brokers.
• Familiarity with various architectural patterns such as microservices, serverless, and event-driven architecture is nice to have.
• Experience with frontend technologies is nice to have.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is nice to have.
