Common Area Coordinator – Property Management

Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating the maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of all common areas within the property/community. Ensures timely resolution of maintenance issues, supervises contractors, conducts inspections, and supports resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas and community facilities.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works.
  • Monitor contractor performance and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and community standards.
  • Follow up on resident complaints and service requests related to common areas.
  • Maintain records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, or Community Management.
