Common Area Coordinator – Property Management
Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating the maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of all common areas within the property/community. Ensures timely resolution of maintenance issues, supervises contractors, conducts inspections, and supports resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas and community facilities.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works.
- Monitor contractor performance and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and community standards.
- Follow up on resident complaints and service requests related to common areas.
- Maintain records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, or Community Management.
