NOTE: This role aligns with UK working hours, so 12.30 pm - 9 pm / 11.30 - 8 pm, depending on the time of year.

Role Summary

Our Dubai-based client are looking for a Communication & Branding Executive to play a pivotal role in shaping their external voice and strengthening brand visibility across all channels. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality content and communication that engages prospects, supports lead generation, and positions our client as a trusted authority within the market.

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and CRM Executive, you will manage email and SMS campaigns, create compelling long-form content, and ensure brand consistency across all external messaging.

Key Performance Indicators

✅ Deliver high-performing communication campaigns that generate a strong pipeline of quality leads.
✅ Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of multi-channel communication and marketing activity.
✅ Fully leverage the CRM system to build strong, automated, and efficient communication workflows.
✅ Ensure consistent, accurate, and high-quality brand messaging across all communication channels.

Responsibilities

Deliver Impactful External Communication (Email & SMS Campaigns)

✅ Create and deliver targeted email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement and sales-qualified leads.
✅ Understand segmented audiences to ensure messaging is relevant, valuable, and aligned to customer needs.
✅ Manage communication delivery through HubSpot, improving email performance and health scores.
✅ Refine and enhance automated workflows to support personalised communication journeys.
✅ Track, analyse, and report on campaign outcomes, providing data-led recommendations for optimisation.
✅ Develop and implement A/B testing plans to continually improve content performance.
✅ Explore additional communication channels to expand reach and support the full sales journey.

Create Compelling Downloadable & Long-Form Content

✅ Conduct in-depth market research to support content planning and a structured communication calendar.
✅ Develop high-value lead magnets, guides, articles, blogs, and long-form content to drive engagement and leads.
✅ Build and manage a pipeline of prospects interacting with content, supported by effective nurture journeys.
✅ Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure content aligns with client needs and market insights.
✅ Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver consistent, accurate, and brand-aligned materials.

Support Broader Marketing & Brand Visibility

✅ Contribute to social media content creation with a strong emphasis on external communication.
✅ Assist in developing content for weekly investment webinars and other client-facing initiatives.
✅ Create content that strengthens SEO performance and enhances organic visibility.
✅ Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, relevancy, and brand consistency.
✅ Uphold brand voice and identity across every communication touchpoint.

Skills / Qualifications

✅ Strong analytical and logical mindset with the ability to interpret key performance data.
✅ Creative thinker with a passion for producing high-quality communication.
✅ Experience delivering email and/or SMS marketing campaigns.
✅ HubSpot experience (desirable).
✅ Understanding of SEO principles and content fundamentals.
✅ Passionate about communication that drives measurable lead generation.
✅ Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail and brand alignment.
✅ Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
