Position Overview

We are seeking a Communication Associate intern to support our publisher acquisition initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to outreach, marketing, and customer success in a dynamic tech startup environment.

In this role, you will play an important part in initiating conversations with potential publishers, introducing them to our platform, and supporting the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential publishers via email and other communication channels
• Clearly communicate our platform’s value proposition and generate interest
• Follow up with prospective publishers and maintain ongoing communication
• Track outreach activities, responses, and updates using CRM tools or spreadsheets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
• Share feedback and insights to improve future outreach efforts

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially email writing)
• Professional, polite, and persuasive communication style
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, Gmail, and CRM platforms (CRM experience is a plus)
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous experience in outreach, sales, or customer service
• Interest or background in digital marketing, advertising, or technology platforms
