Communication & Client Coordination Internee (Female)

YISolutions is looking for a confident and articulate female internee to support client communication and service coordination. The role focuses on understanding our IT services and effectively communicating them to potential and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients via calls, messages, and online platforms
  • Explain service offerings in a clear and professional manner
  • Assist in handling client queries and follow-ups
  • Maintain a positive and professional client interaction experience

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in speaking with clients
  • Basic understanding of IT services (web development, digital solutions, etc.)
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment

  • Good presentation skills
  • Professional attitude and reliability
  • Ability to understand client needs and respond accordingly
