Intern Upwork Bidder

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented junior Upwork bidder or intern to help us find and apply for relevant freelance projects. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in client communication, proposal writing, and understanding Upwork’s bidding process.
Responsibilities:

• Search and shortlist relevant jobs on Upwork based on project requirements.
• Write customized, professional proposals that highlight our expertise.
• Communicate with clients politely and promptly when needed.
• Track bids, proposals, and responses to improve success rate.
• Meet minimum sales/project targets: Ensure monthly minimum successful project conversions to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of Upwork platform and freelancing ecosystem.
• Good written English and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Knowledge of digital products, web/app development, SaaS platforms, and related niches such as:
• E-commerce (Shopify, WooCommerce)
• No-code/low-code apps (Bubble, Softr, Webflow)
• SaaS tools and marketplaces
• Mobile apps (iOS, Android, React Native)
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced freelance environment.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience bidding on freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).
• Familiarity with tech projects, UI/UX, or software development terminology.

Timings: 7pm onwards: 9 hours shift
location: Shahra e faisal PECHS Block 6
Working days: Mon-Friday
