Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic L&OD Intern to support our learning, development, and employee engagement initiatives at Rex D. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full training lifecycle, onboarding processes, and organizational development activities, with a clear pathway to a permanent position based on performance.
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing training sessions and onboarding programs
- Maintain and update training records, trackers, and reports using MS Excel
- Assist in organizing internal events, workshops, and employee engagement activities
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for training logistics
- Contribute to monthly communications, learning campaigns, and culture-building initiatives
- Ensure professional communication and effective coordination across all levels
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed), preferably in HR or Business Administration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills (formulas, data handling, reporting)
- Interest in Learning & Development, HR, or Organizational Development
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Confident, presentable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
