One of the leading organization, based at Karachi, required “Communication & Design Officer”
to support the communications function by handling design production and light communications operations. This role ensures that organization maintains consistent, high-quality visual and digital outputs while freeing leadership capacity to focus on strategy, partnerships, and impact storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Content Production
- Create social media assets (posts, stories, reels covers, basic motion edits).
- Design event and training collateral (backdrops, banners, certificates, IDs, agendas).
- Layout for newsletters, reports, and one-pagers; prepare files for print and digital use.
- Maintain and update the organization’s brand kit, templates, and asset library.
- Prepare and maintain visual content for the website and other digital platforms.
Multimedia & Vendor Coordination
- Perform basic photo/video editing.
- Liaise with external vendors (print, photography, media) to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Analytics & Support
- Collect performance metrics, screenshots, and drafts for monthly reports.
- Support communications and outreach activities during low design workload periods (event registrations, mailing lists, meeting minutes).
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere/Rush) or equivalent (Figma/Canva).
- Strong understanding of visual design, typography, and layout principles.
- Familiarity with brand consistency and print specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Good communication skills.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, communications, media sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred (internship or freelance portfolio acceptable).
Compensation: As per company policy and candidate profile.
Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
