We are looking for an enthusiastic Communication & Engagement Specialist to manage our external communications and events. You will promote a positive public image and control the dissemination of information on our company’s behalf.

Phenomenal communication and copywriting skills make a strong communications & engagement specialist.

Experience in corporate communications and project management are important qualities too. Your enthusiasm and positive attitude will help you gain the trust of colleagues and external parties alike.

The Communication & Engagement Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and managing communication strategies that enhance brand visibility, strengthen audience relationships, and support client objectives. This role focuses on content development, stakeholder engagement, community management, and campaign delivery across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Communication & Strategy

  • Develop communication plans aligned with client and agency goals.
  • Define key messages, audiences, and communication channels.
  • Support in creating pitch decks, proposals, and internal communication briefs.

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Create, edit, and manage content across social media, digital platforms,

And campaign.

  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand identity.
  • Manage and update content calendars.

3. Community & Engagement Management

  • Monitor online conversations and manage community interactions.
  • Respond to inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Drive engagement through creative ideas, challenges, UGC campaigns,

And interactive content.

4. Influencer Relations

  • Identify suitable influencers for client campaigns.
  • Manage communication, negotiations, and deliverables.
  • Ensure influencer content meets campaign objectives and timelines.

5. Campaign Execution

  • Support in launching digital and integrated campaigns.
  • Track performance and optimize engagement in real time.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and account management teams.

6. Stakeholder Communications

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, media contacts, and

internal teams.

  • Coordinate approvals, feedback, and updates.
  • Support event communications and activations.

7. Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track engagement, sentiment, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in social media, communications, or agency work

(Or equivalent).

  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management.
